The Team Mission

My cumulative experiences over the course of the last 25 years have given me a very specific vision for my practice. I have dabbled in construction as well as dentistry in countries like Belize, Guatemala and Mexico, started a non-profit dental clinic in downtown Memphis, and worked alongside Army dentists to serve soldiers and their families in Germany. I love dentistry and I love being a part of restoring things, whether we are talking about teeth or communities. These thoughts are part of who I am, even before Restoration Dental existed, and it’s being formed into the DNA of our corporate structure. My employees and I are committed to using our gifts to enrich our own lives, the lives of those around us, and the lives of those we do not know by supporting non-profits both here in the United States and in countries around the world.  We long for you to join our community by owning the same personal commitment and by becoming a patient.  I am very excited to be associated with such a great neighborhood here in Brookhaven and surrounded by awesome community-centric neighborhoods such as Ashford Park, Drew Valley and Brookhaven Fields.  They fit us well.   – Dr. David McNay

Dr. David McNay

I am Dr. Dave McNay, and I have a beautiful family that loves life as I do. Along with loving life, I absolutely love being a dentist here in Brookhaven. I graduated with honors from King College in Bristol, Tennessee in 1995, and with honors from University of Tennessee Memphis dental school in 1999. This is merely a testament of my desire to learn, whether it is in a classroom, from a book, or by experiencing life. Life has thrown its curves, and I plunge head-first into new hard waters. Ask me about my boy who surprised us with epilepsy at the tender age of 11 months. Find out how that affects family and friendships, or simply my interactions with each and every person I come in contact with. Ask me how hard to numb I am, and I will empathize with how difficult dental procedures can be. I long to know your story as well, and time will allow us to know these things about one another. Our practice is full of great stories. Take the pictures off our wall to read a story about our family or just ask where many of our fixtures came from. We have many talented associates, patients and friends who have poured their talents into our practice. You are always welcome into our practice and I look forward to getting to know you!

Dr. Victoria Menendez

Hi, I am Dr. Victoria Menendez, I love Atlanta and being in such an amazing city.  I completed my undergraduate studies at Georgia Tech in Biology and went on to complete my Masters in Biology at Georgia State University. I love learning and constantly strive to obtain new skills. I studied dentistry at New York University and completed a one year general practice residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital. Upon completion of my studies, my fiancé and I decided it was time to move back home to care for the community that I had grown to love and miss. Outside of my passion for dentistry, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring the growing Atlanta. From the delicious food, cultural events, and great outdoor activities it has been a treat being back in the city I happily call home. I love cheering on all of our amazing sports teams and becoming reacquainted with this wonderful city.  You will find I have a passion for dentistry and taking care of people, it shows in my attention to details. I cannot wait to meet you!

Dr. Raphael Lior

I am Dr. Raphael Lior, I was born and raised in Israel and am fluent in English and Hebrew. Outside the office, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. I love baking and traveling to new countries, delving into their cultures and trying new coffee shops. My best friend and roommate from college is a seasoned dentist. After a short and meaningful visit to his private practice, I witnessed a patient’s transformation that reminded me of my close friend back home who suffered trauma. Right then and there, I realized my true calling to be a dentist, also feeling the weight of the privilege that people place in their dentist to do the right thing and advocate for their oral health. Contributing to the transformation of one’s quality of life and improving their self-esteem is why I chose this field. I attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering. I worked in a fortune 500 aerospace company and led a decorated team of engineers on commercial and military turbine jet engine projects. I left my growing engineering career and earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at Midwestern University at Arizona, where I excelled and fell in love with my true calling to dentistry.
